In June 2020 we.ve updated our both our HVAC to a sophisticated Air Conditioners system with UV-C sterilization as an increased step to keep you healthy and protected. Thank you Allen with Dymond AC. We've also added UV-C sterilization air filters plus, we use a UV light (30 min-1hr) a day to sterilize the rooms when not in session. All rooms have hand sanitizer and is cleaned after every session.
We have set up new Policy and Procedures to adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and the Florida Department of Health.
We are regulated and licensed through the Department of Health not Cosmetology so we have different guidelines to follow than hair and nails salons.
COVID is a fluid situation and is constantly coming out with new information.

How Long To Wait On Getting A Massage After Each Vaccination?
As COVID-19 vaccines are being administered across the country, the number is growing every day. We wanted to start discussing how long client’s should wait before receiving a massage post injection. There are currently 2 doses about a month apart for the vaccine. If there is no allergic reaction initially- people will find to be in some form of discomfort for the next few days. Usually some form of swelling/tenderness/pain at the injection site.
If you have received ANY vaccine (COVID-19) shot within 48 hours, it is not recommended to receive a massage. Please call us to reschedule or cancel session to another time. We want you to enjoy and benefit from you therapy session & do no harm.
All new clients need to fill out a Virtual Intake Form before their 1st appointment.
We encourage that both the therapist and the client wear a face covering.
Wearing masks in treatment room is not mandatory. It’s suggested by CDC that the client and License Massage Therapist to wear a mask but again not mandatory. If you have a preference, please mention when booking.
If you do not have a mask please ask the front desk manager for a disposable one.
VIRTUAL CHECK IN: When arriving at Ideal Massage we ask all clients to remain in their vehicles and call our Front Desk Manager to check in.

Upon receiving your call we will check you in and notify you when your therapist is available.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.

Please note our cancellation policy: For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 6 hours or less, "no -shows", will be charged a $40/hour inconvenience fee.
